Hello friend! Welcome to my webpage! Assuming you can read the English language you know that I am John McCombs, a stand-up comic based out of Chicago, IL.
You may be asking yourself, "Whats a good-looking, funny fella like you doing on the internet? This is merely my website to promote upcoming shows, showcase videos of me performing in bars, clubs, back alleys, and in general tap dance for bookers.
Before you go back to looking for cat memes why don't you take a break and give my site a look? Hell, I might even make you laugh and then you'll have to book me or follow me online. I don't like it any more than you but if you laugh we're kinda stuck together. Dems da rules.

John McCombs has been performing stand up comedy since January of 2010 when he went onstage at a biker bar in downtown Champaign, IL and has been going strong ever since. He has performed up and down the East Coast from North Carolina to New York and even overseas in Europe. He draws on his military experience to connect with audiences and scare down would-be hecklers.
John has completed several headlining tours of Europe (12 different countries) and just recently released his first comedy special (Make a Way to Estonia). He has performed at Zanies, and the Laugh Factory in Chicago and has opened for Tim Meadows and Michelle Wolf.
John is the founder of The Wild Comedy Club in Evanston, IL and producer of Kickin' It With Comics at the Lincoln Lodge.
